A centralized database containing all intelligence data on every citizen, company, etc. in the country, and available to all to use.
It's called the internet, already.
You don't need to be afraid of it, though. It is not fascist, it is actually the key to freedom and liberty. It and talk radio, are making a huge difference to the freedom of the individual. I don't know if they have talk radio in France, but something happened, they ran the socialists our of town the other day.
Now, you are apparently saying that it was ok for the Clinton's to illegally obtain FBI files to blackmail their political enemies, because you think every one does it. Is that a correct assumption?
