Laforza article false and misleading

I am writing to Baruti M. Kamau, Staff Reporter, concerning the article “Laforza Common Stock Promoted by TheStockAdvisor.com”.

I am a Director of Financial Market Advisor, the parent company of TheStockAdvisor.com. I am requesting the referenced article be pulled immediately, as it is false and misleading. Your statement “Laforza Automobiles Inc. (Pink Sheets: LFZA) has hired TheStockAdvisor.com to promote their common stock in exchange for 1 million free trading shares” implies we have just been hired. Laforza retained the services of TheStockAdvisor.com in March of 2001 and the contract expired in March of 2002. Your article does not state we are no longer associated with Laforza.

Further, your statements concerning our selling of the free-trading shares again implies this is a recent event. We sold the shares over a year ago.

Articles like yours are what make investors wary of Investor Relations providers who try to provide the exposure micro-cap companies desperately need. You do more a disservice than service to companies like Laforza when you provide such false and misleading information.
