The problem: insufficient action taken to assuage the belief that the system coddles criminals at the top. Centi-millionaire execs are NOT forced to disgorge profits, and no one has yet gone to jail. So far, they are getting away with ripping off the investor. No wonder there is a lack of confidence. "Kenny Boy" and his ilk are laughing all the way to the bank, in the minds of investors, worldwide.
