Thanks for taking to time to respond. The stock seems a likely short to me and I am wondering if the financier thinks so as well ;-)

As I read Section "6. CONVERSION." of

sec.gov

This seems to be the only limit.

"(g) (i) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Corporation shall not be obligated to issue more than 3,823,500 shares of Common Stock (after giving effect to the reverse stock split of the Common Stock effective at 12:01 a.m. on May 29, 2002 but subject to adjustment for stock splits, reverse stock splits, stock dividends and similar transactions with respect to the Common Stock after such date) upon the conversion of any shares of Series B Preferred Stock"...
