Warrants can be exercised, right? Liquidity isn't necessarily an issue.

Part of the premium they carry is that you have PAA at the equivalent of 12$ without having to actually lay out any cash except for what the warrant costs.

Not a bad deal. I'm willing to see how the company interprets the new arrangement.
