They could do that or have separate computers. I will not approve of concessions beyond that. That's just the point. Libraries should be able to use other methodologies such as separate computers or monitoring usage to protect children. The law that is being defended specifies a specific methodology, one that doesn't work very well. Libraries should have flexibility to solve the problem in their own way.
