The Palestinians are right to be worried what 'death as a societal fad' means to their society. Nothing good, one presumes. I found it curious, though, that Fatah would use such untrained bombers, because then you would expect a lot of cold feet cases like this one. Don't they care? This implies to me that the Palestinian war effort (which was never all that coherent anyway) is atomizing.
