To the extent these were cash bonus disclosed, they are not fraud. I assumed your comments were about eso, where you would make the argument that they were not disclosed. I did not assume you would make an argument that cash salaries were not disclosed.

If you don't like what salaries the employees get in a company, don't friggin' invest.

This is not about Blood lust, this is about disclosure and legitimate capital formation which PREVENTS bubbles.

And who are "they"? There are already disgorgment laws on the books. If you think that anyone at enron, other than the Senators, of course, will avoid personal bankruptcy, you are wrong.
