Paul - cable companies lose in the beginning. Installation costs are only $150 which includes 2 technicians and cable modem for computer - a win for customer but more initial cash drain on cable co. There may be many who will jump at this opportunity but most are still cost conscious. At Home is currently in communities with about 1 million people (order of magnitude) - the key will be rate of subscribers. We should have an idea very soon.
