I don't think William Henry is worth what people claim. Most estimates multiply his stock holdings by the current MSFT price. I think this leads to an inflated number. Consider this: What price would Mr. Gates get for his stock if he sold. I cannot imagine what MSFT without him would be worth, nor can I imagine what the market would do to MSFT stock price in the face of this selling pressure.

Once he's sold his stock, the tax people will be circling like vultures. I cannot speculate what his tax bill would be, but I'm sure it would be substantial.

When we compare his position to other wealthy people, should use the same ruler: CASH AFTER TAX. Just my thoughts, PW.
