You have not been looking then. Turn on the TV. Art Cashin has had more than enough air time over the past two weeks on CNBC regarding Wall Street's cycle low this week to alert anyone and everyone who would listen. He was not stating his belief necessarily but the CONSENSUS view of Wall Street per some cycles guys and the stated tendency of traders to look for a bottom in this timeframe.
