I am sorry you are out but I think you had better get back in rather than sitting there watching. FCO and FAX pay very well for waiting. I am banking a very generous check every month from FAX. They may drop back to a better buying level than they are at now, but I wouldn't count on it. The underlying value (NAV) is creeping up steadily as the dollar falls. Trouble with FCO is that it is very thinly tradedand gets bounced around by market orders. FAX is a lot more liquid.

My next big transfer of money to the fixed-income non-dollar side, though, will be into Tice's Safe Harbor Fund. He has moved it almost entirely out of U.S. treasuries and into other currency bonds, plus it's now about 20% gold, from appreciation of that segmernt. It's no-load. When my FAX and FCO hit the holding period for LT capital gains, I may sell, if they are at a premium, and move it all into Safe Harbor.
