Don't pull any punches there, Kholt. I think not picking on other children might begin to look like "support", to some people who think rather differently about things.. And it isn't just conservatives who think that way. Lots and lots of people think that way. They just want to bully and label different people- but most people who tend toward extremities in some area, want to bully and label- and they will all be able to justify it with some notion of a greater good. It is not an attractive side of human nature. And it is no wonder Ellerbee upset some folks with her program.
