I hated the remake of Triffids. IMO they just ruined it. Ruined, you hear.

I love the original Triffids scene where the planeload of people realize that everyone's blind. And the shot of the bobby directing traffic, just keeping a stiff upper lip and carrying on. Capturing the scenes of those behaviors from that period is just priceless.
