Trey,

The stock did move up but by a bit. I shouldn't have expected it to move much since it had already done so before the earnings. It is still up by a buck or so. What do you think of the charges related to Speedsim and the ARKOS deal? Looks like the market doesn't like the charges related to the acquistions. Here is the news on that.

* After market close, QUICKTURN DESIGN SYSTEMS INC said it
expects to take a charge between $13 million and $17 million
during its 3Q to account for an acquisition. In June Quickturn
bought assets of SYNOPSYS INC's Arkos division for $14.5
million in cash, stock and warrants. In a statement, Quickturn
said it expects to incur certain liabilities and other costs
totaling between $5 million and $7 million to account for the
acquisition. The balance of the purchase price, following the
charge, will be amortized over five to seven years. (Reuters
