I wouldn't buy at all. I remember CTYS? CTYSC? CTYYS?,

I just thought it was a neat way to cause trouble for the holders of the converts. In theory, the converts could have had a not before date. If that were the case, the buyers of the stock they sold short demanding certs so they could exchange in the reorg would cause a bunch of people some problems. Holding the "Box" would do them no good because the stock they sold short never existed. While it isn't a classic. It is cute. <g>
