If there be a buyers strike, they can release all the so-called good data they can muster,it won't help. Remember that money pouring into real-estate is in part a fear and doubt regards the market place. Anyone have the trimtabs data for this week? Max p.s. Philly fed number a non-event, notoriously volatile, and an unreliable indicator. BtB, nothing got me excited with that number, a trend upwards, yes, but a sickly/anemic trend, i don't see any real substance in it. Floor, o we will have a floor, there always is a floor. Question do we find it this week or the week or so after. Next week will be fascinating.Max
