The way I understand it the preferred shares were restricted from being converted to common shares for 1 yr. but once they are converted they are free trading shares. But,like anything else on the OTCBB, we will see! I appreciate your concern for my investment and, please keep it up. You know me. I'm not as diligent as you and most other savy investors! I agree there are issues with the CEO's letter but at least he posted it! Better to be informed then decieved (ECNE)! I have never tried to contact Dickey and I hope he cannot be contacted by phone since all the BB co.'s I've know that could be contacted by phone were the typical scam. Remember Manny. He even posted on the RB! ;>)))!!!
