I want to publicly apologize for the harsh tone in my post to you the other day. I rarely get dragged into these types of spats on the Internet, and it has never occurred on this thread that I can recall. However, I got to my breaking point and felt like you were harassing me and talking down to me (and even Paul M, and Ron once or twice) rather than providing your opinion. I'd like to put an end to the negative feelings on this thread and get back to the values that have kept this thread alive for so long in: friendship, honest discussion, and stating one's opinion in a respectful manner. I would like to say one thing that hopefully explains why I was upset with your posts.

There is a big difference between saying something like...

I don't like ABCD because ....

and saying

Your trade on ABCD stinks.

You were wrong for buying ABCD.

I told you not to buy ABCD at 8 because it was a FACT that it was going down to 6.

I was right and you were wrong. You can't handle the truth.

I am in no way quoting you verbatim; however, I think that the latter characterizes the gist of your posts far better than the former. I started getting the feeling that you were talking to me and others in a condescending manner rather than offering your opinion. Please don't stop giving your honest opinion. I'm just asking that you try to understand how some of your recent posts have come across to others.
