EK, Banks, insurance cos., and Freddie Mac. I used to manage a fund that could take the other side of World Bank trades, but it was a huge fund. There is no hedge fund and certainly no mutual fund with the prospectus and the size to take the other side of Fannie's bets. Several of them could take small pieces, but, almost by definition, most of these bets will be concentrated in several large counter-party entities.
