well edboyl.. i dont keep track of how accurate the forecasts are but i usually get the market structure and high/low CIT's a good % of the time.. when i was posting here daily, Zeev calculated one time the forecasts were about 60% accurate during a two week period.. as far as nailing the market like last friday, i would say it happens about about once or twice every two weeks so it's really tough to get them that accurate.
i basically use weekly and daily cycles to make these forecasts
