So Dale -- when everyone sells "sell" and everyone believes it to be the right advice .... isn't it time to start buying ? ok, ok, maybe not yet, lol. But I just started dollar cost averaging in about $150/week into equities anyways. That S&P 500 PE of 7 back in 1974 ... wasn't inflation higher than the interest rate ... by several percentage points ? Wasn't oil at $30 barrel ? Wasn't unemployment at 10% ? That might be influencing valuations a little. Anyway, I predict that if NYC or DC aren't radioactive after July 8th, the market will rally if they haven't already. And if DC is radioactive before July 8th ... well I for one won't give a shit what the markets do. Chris
