Doug, note that it is actually beneficial for a money losing company to issue more shares and/or split, it reduces the loss per share creating the illusion of improvement plus giving the company needed cash flow. Certainly true when the stock price is inflated. I think we can expect more shares to hit the street soon, probably another Reg S deal.
