Me interesa el cuento, me da miedo la acción ... if Barrick wants it, how does kry stand in their way ... abx may or may not pay off kry a few millions for signing a quitclaim on Las Cristinas, that would cover part of their past legal expenses perhaps ... maybe cut them in for one per cent or something ... buy Albino and overpay a little just to ease the pain? ... Placer was a much easier opponent for kry, also the times were easier then in the bear, pdg didn't want to get moving on it and that angered el gobierno ... well now with V needing big bucks quick, and likely tasting these already, and Barrick expressing an interest, i don't see how a little three-cow outfit like Crystallex can capture that whole deal

Mind you, you never know in venezolana politics ... that's the first i heard of abx interest, not following the kry story recently ... the govmint has clearly stated all previous bets are off, nobody performed so it's ours period, and they'll go with whoever makes them the most bucks the fastest ... and/or whoever has the best connections in certain ratholes of power ... just on the face of it, knowing no more than this article, i'd bet on abx
