They,ve started to run it back up slowly. Betty if you waiting for 50% retracement it will never happen. The fundermentals of this company has changed tremendously after those annoucements and the pros knows it. With those fundermentals, they expecting more news, for example which big oil company are they going to be affiliated with, and also that company could be bought out by a bigger oil company at a premium purchase price. I knew what the market maker were doing thats why I snatched up all the shares I could at 2 1/8 and 2 1/4.
