I actually don't think things are getting worse anymore. Software is kind of flat, not accelerating to the downside. What is accelerating are the layoffs due to the realization that demand isn't returning, and no startup companies being funded which is where a lot of people (like me) used to work. Well thats my take on it. BTW an insider bought 30mm worth of juniper lately. L
