I don't like georgie and appreciate your ability to dig up some critical articles of him but this guys suit is a joke. IMHO 9/11 saved the presidents popularity for a while and he has milked it to death. I also think that from the top this reactionary administration refused to take terrorists threats seriously because they were too absorbed with worrying about a cold war that ended years ago. Remember the election when talking of defense the repugs wanted to build up conventional forces and build the elusive missile defense shield? The dems said future threats were from terrorists. Guess who was right.
