I think you are right about that. We need APPROPRIATE and EFFECTIVE oversite and regulation...we clearly don't have it. When will Ken Lay be treated like 'The John Gotti of Corporate America' -- A ring leader of a powerful white collar crime network....We put Gotti and some of his Mafia henchman behind bars...Lets hope the Justice Department will actually be able to follow through and really prosecute Lay, Skilling, Fastow & Co....Stay tuned...=)
