Ashoka: As I understand it, ERHC will not be spending their own
money on this deal. Obviously they could have trouble raising
$100 million. Rather, they will be negotiating with international
oil companies on behalf of Sao Tome & Principe to raise the money.
Anyone out there who can clarify?
