Hi Jeff: I spoke to Geoffrey Plank at ERHC yesterday regarding the 'blue sky' issue. He informed me that they had applied for the status through the security commission. They filed financials etc. and are now waiting to hear back. When they receive the green light from the SEC it normally takes about 5 days before they are blue skied. This could be really positive for the volumes to increase. Another bit of info---Jay Taylor has put out a buy recommendation for ERHC last weekend. Regards and good luck to you all. Bonnie & Steve
