I made a lot of money from suggestions on this thread and I still regret its decline.
With the help of Rory, J. Q. Public, and others, buying and selling ROYL at the right times, and also Mitchell, and so on, and my royalty trusts, I ran my trading account last year up by 85% (before taxes).
Because I am excluded from the thread where some guys are who said that I was lying, I just thought I would post that the same account is now up 135% (again, before taxes) in the last eighteen months. I mean, that for every $10,000 in that account as of the start of 2001, I have $23,500. A lot of this now is from LEAP puts on the Dow and QQQs, and a lot came from repeatedly shorting and covering QQQs during 2001. And a good fraction from calls on NEM and an assortment of other trades. But the foundation for the capital in the whole account was recommendations from members of this thread during 2000-2001. |
