In review, FIFA admits to errors in officiating.

They say there was no conspiracy.

I say, that their admitting that their were errors, increases the likelihood that there was a conspiracy. And they are covering their ass.

And, when you say that I concluded that FIFA admits to a conspiracy, you are a liar.
