Joe, I agree with you 100%. Many bought this stock on the belief that CRTM would be able to quickly bring a unique product to market and reap the rewards. They've been wasting time implementing cheap gadgets and gimmicks (voice phone? caller id?) and have now completely missed their chance to compete with Web-TV before it becomes the de-facto standard. Microsoft will now move away from the proprietary Web-TV interface and we will see the true convergence of PC/TV, not to mention fast cable access. CRTM will be left in the dust. They seem to have placed all of their eggs in this basket. I believe that this company will not be around much longer. As far as the deception that Kuster and Katz have displayed - it is disgusting. I've always sold stocks as soon as I lose faith in the management - no matter the loss or gain - and it's always been the right move. I'm holding this one so I can be part of the class action that hopefully puts these two guys out of action permanently. Good Luck, Peter
