Hi Tim, You've hit the nail on the head with your post of Les's tracking of the fairly dominant 9 month cycle. For those who may have wondered why a large white suit.... why would anyone truly be taken to the river and washed in the water....? why is the 200 DMA so important.... It's because it's the periodicity of the everlasting dominant 39 week cycle. I've personally been using it since 1982. Art Cashin has been talking about the 24th- 27th being the time window.
