I believe if the do draw that money down that you can count on the fact they will NOT do this. And using shares for collateral is also not something that likely could be sold to ANY financial institution.

CASH FLOW, DEBT PAYMENTS AND DEBT SCHEDULES AND POTENTIAL VIOLATIONS OF DEBT COVENANTS are the issues. Common doesn't figure in the priorities.
