In any event, you're way too late to be worrying about this, since the filing deadline for claims was 3/5/01, over a year ago, and they already disbursed all the settlement funds on 4/12/02, so the pot of $$ is gone.

So even if your shares qualified for a piece of the settlement, my four claims plus the other 41,972 valid filed claims all have our proportionate share of what you would have received had you filed a timely claim.
