Not if the refs have anything to do about it. LOL

If anything, this world cup exposed the achilles heel of soccer. IMO, they need to bring high tech into the game and at least double the refs. That single person in black has way too much power. They need more than one. FIFA could learn a lot from the NFL about refs, including video replay.
