It all happened in a "split second". Joaquin is still a kid, and the pressure on losing that PK must have been huge.The ref had the best angle, and pretended it was OK. I doubt Joaquin realized the goalie had moved so much.If so, he would have stopped. The team and coach complained vehemently after all the PKs were taken to no avail. Korea getting some big breaks...
