I am convinced that BRCM has really bad news in front of them. BRCD, well, they do make damn sure that they don't neglect their prospects. I went to their booth at a trade show in April. They have called a couple of times, with the latest being today just as I landed in San Jose. Here are the questions of the day: -Who are BRCM's biggest customers for chips used in networking? -Is there any condition that would make BRCM's customers change their mind about using an off the shelf chipset?
