We are at critical point nearing 1400.
Expecting some rebound, perhaps around 100 pt to somewhere 1520-30.
But in the long run, still down ward pressure seems greater than upward...

1. More strict accounting standard is being applied, more big blue chips will have to change their accounting practice and the picture may not be pretty.

2. Weak $$$ does not help either.
U.S. deficit has been covered by inflow of fund from oversea
but now that trend may reverse, most likely fund will flow to Europe.

So are we in depression yet?
You know how to get out of depression, yes, do you smell gun powder? another war is likely if depression continues to next year...

Guessing Nas to stay under 1500 for a while, a good while...
