Fact is, he has correctly stuck with the bear market call till this very day

Wrong. Bob's longterm model has never called for a bear. It's still 35/65. Remember when he said that, when his model called a bear he would:

1. sidestep it
2. would even short it using the Rydex funds

Have you noticed that he hasn't done either? That's because his model hasn't:

1. seen a bear yet
2. wasn't believeable even to Bob and he's predisposed to believe it

He can yammer all he wants to and takes all the flipping calls he wants to that leave the impression that he called a bear. In reality, it didn't, he didn't and he actually went back into the market twice:

1. October 2000 into the QQQs at 83
2. Fall 2001 buying the QQQs again after a tax loss sale

The truth is, Bob's spinning his call and is not truthful or above board in any of it. Sad but true.
