Douglas, thats a lot of typing. The simplest way to cut and paste in a windows environment is to highlite the text you're interested in, then hold Cntl key and hit "C". That will save the text in RAM. Put the curser where you want the text to show up and then hit Cntl and V to drop in the text. Give it a try and see if it works. It worked. Thanks. Doug
