90%...?? Get off the crack buddy! Sales are still slow....AND a price war in progress...AND CAPX is DOA as far as one can see. Companies need to be making money to spend on CAPX. Over the last 5 years they've come to realize new computer systems won't fix a bad company plan or economic decline. INTC is "smack dab" in the middle of this problem. Prepare for low teens, ...maybe even single digits.
