ADIC Takes Over Number One Position

In 2001 ADIC became the world’s largest supplier—measured both by revenue and unit volume—of tape automation products that use the drives most often used for backing up open system, client-server networks. That includes all LTO, DLT, SDLT, Mammoth, 8mm and AIT technologies from all manufacturers. Other significant suppliers of products using these technologies include IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and Quantum Corporation.
