Roger, My understanding from The 8k and last Quarterly is the following:

1. Management has option to issue another 1,000,000 shares at any time. No filing is required prior to the event. Indeed, they may have already sold the shares. Wont know untill the qrty report. My guess is that if it has not already happened it will by 4th Qtry.

2. That up to 3,000,000 additional shares are being held to cover the Cayman deal. I think these are additional shares the company has issued. True? The 8k is not the easiest to read.

The next point to follow is whether or not these shares will appear in the float. Any guesses?

Either way the shareholders have been diluted. DO you think many of them know and and understand that yet?
