When Will Ken Lay Go To Jail...????? It's such an embarrassment to our justice system that corrupt execs who CAUSED SO MUCH DAMAGE are allowed to keep tens of millions in illegal profits and walk free. What Martha Stewart may have done is KID'S STUFF compared to what Ken Lay and his cronies have actually done. The Justice Dept. may have been able to take Andersen down BUT unless they can SUCCESSFULLY PROSECUTE Ken Lay and other former Enron execs then there will be no justice (and they will prove how ineffective our regulatory system really is). JMHO.
