I don't know much about that particular company - I don't watch it.

Whether it would work effectively for them (re: Shorts and Manips), I wouldn't know or care. They are using it to get rid of all the "little accounts" to cut their shareholder communication paperwork expenses. A pretty slick trick in that situation it would seem.

The point was, for companies who are under heavy manipulative pressures, a R/S + F/S with or without a name and symbol change certainly looks like a viable and effective tool. I'll bet we see more of it as time goes by.

Based on the normal reaction to a R/S (...by knee-jerk reactionaries..), someone who was going to stay in it could probably pick up an additional chunk just prior to the R/S and make out well on the F/S.

JMHO LOL...!!
