I'm sure he and his team of overpriced lawyers are working overtime to develop strategies to shield the Lay family wealth from class action lawsuits. Of course they'll also have to keep Kenny Boy out of jail...I'm quite sure that EVENTUALLY the Justice Dept. and SEC will charge Mr. Lay for insider trading AND racketeering or corruption...The lead prosecuter supposedly has taken on some of the toughest mafia bosses and white collar criminals. More power to her if she can actually get Mr. Lay and his henchmen to spend some serious time behind bars...=)
