Hi Scott,

It came out in the news yesterday that the civil suits against Andy Fastow are scheduled to commence December, 2003!.

I have to imagine that by then Fastow will be able to move all of his assets to untouchable confederates in off-shore tax havens. Most likely, he'll even be able to move his mansion off-shore as needed. <g>

I have no idea when the Lay suits begin, but I'd imagine it's a similar time frame.

The silver lining is that these civil suits ought to be heating up in time for the 2004 election cycle.
