Tom, as I mentioned before, MF is a good indicator for accumulation.
Distribution is harder to identify and MF often catches up to
the price rise. Judy can give you more examples.
In the instance of INTC, I guess MF was negative
when it started to rise initially as people were selling for many
reasons (overhead supplies?), now that it broke 50ema, new buyers
came in. FWIW.
